DELIVERY TIME
Please note that our current turnaround is 3 to 5 working days. After this period, your package will be dispatched using chosen delivery method: either STANDARD or EXPRESS Delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The return can be made within 30 days from the purchase. If you want to return any ordered products, please let us know by contacting us via our email customerservice@liliaccessories.co.uk. After the above period, refunds will not be accepted. Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds on products that have been worn, unless they are faulty.
The cost of returning the order to the store is paid by the Customer.


The faulty order should be returned in original packaging with the filled out return form and all additional items sent with the order.
